About the Web-Platform :
This platform is a repository of open-source educational games specifically designed and curated to enrich the learning experience for students and empower school teachers to complement their classroom teaching. Our goal is to complement traditional teaching methods with gamified learning using curriculum-matched games, transforming every lesson into a playful journey of discovery and achievement for learners of all ages.
ChemAmaze is a platform initiative implemented by the Pune Knowledge Cluster (PKC) and IIT-Madras, supported by BASF India Pvt. Ltd. and enabled by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India. The platform has been designed to introduce gamified learning as a pedagogical tool for teaching and learning Chemistry in middle and high schools. With a repository of engaging games, it provides students and teachers across India with an opportunity to explore game-based teaching and learning techniques at school level, in line with the NEP 2020 recommendations. This innovative initiative aims to make STEM education interactive, fun and accessible, fostering a new era of enriched learning experiences at school level in India.
